Therapia would like to introduce and welcome Adam Slim, RMT.
Massage therapy is an essential tool to self-healing and Adam’s path to being effective involves helping people to understand their pains and injuries in order to facilitate better healing.
Adam graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2012 with a passion for helping others to get well.
Adam believes that collaborative, multidisciplinary care is necessary for the best outcome. He uses a combination of swedish, trigger point release, joint mobilization and myofascial release in his treatments. The goal is to provide a safe and effective treatment that is tailored to the individual needs of his patients. Each massage begins with a short assessment to identify the chief issue, and ends with instructions for home care designed to be easy and effective to ensure longer lasting results.
This is a beautiful city and when not working Adam is riding his bicycle, spending time with his family, hiking the trails or just enjoying a moment with a cup of tea on a patio.
